My name is Zach Smelser, a graphic designer based in the DC / NOVA area.
I have always been drawn to both art and technology since I was very little, and in my teenage years graphic design became the perfect collision of those worlds.
I have been working professionally in the field since early 2011, with thousands of completed design projects, both large and small. My career so far has garnered me extensive experience with both large and small format printing, digital content, branding/rebranding, marketing campaigns, proposal work, and everything in between.
I have worked in a direct or contracted capacity with clients such as Google, Amazon, Oracle, Microsoft, CNN, Sprint, Washington Football and many others, as well as in an extensive role for both the Winchester City and Loudoun County governments in northern Virginia.
I am deeply passionate about design in all it's forms, and few things bring me more satisfaction than getting a project "just right".
I have over a decade of experience with the Adobe suite, primarily concentrated in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Lightroom. Additionally, I have an intimate familiarity with specialized production and prepress software such as ONYX RipCenter, Mimaki FineCut, and various others.
